Comment permissions

The add comment permissions are managed by the community administrators on two levels:
1.Who can actually post a comment - only those who can will view the "add comment" link. If commenting is allowed for guest also, not logged users will see a special make comment control, where they need to prove their humanity also.
2.Who can post anonymously - administrators may permit users to decide whether a comment will be posted from their name or as anonymous.
If you are an administrator have in mind that both permissions must be allowed for the guest, to enable not logged in users to make comments.
