Group's System Email and Email Name Section
That section enables the administrator to manage the group’s email address and email name that will be used when sending invitations and email campaigns.
The administrators can use this section to manage and maintain the proper functioning, settings, look and feel of the Group’s RSS dispatch feed.
The administrators can use this section to set Mail notifications, Workflow management, Notification Templates, Subscription groups and set Specific activity or events triggers to dispatch an e-mail campaign.
The administrators can use this section to set and manage the global Ping Servers that you want to notify when a new post, a comment or a wiki document is created in the system.
The group administrator can use this section to write a newsletter disclaimer.
Email Alerts/Notifications Section
All users who have subscribed for receiving email alerts are listed in this section. Using the corresponding “Update” button, the group administrator can manage their email notifications.
The "System emails" module is visible only in the main group and displays a list of all emails (invitation emails, approval required emails, post email notifications, newsletters) which are sent from the entire system.
Email and Screen message templates
That module displays a list of all available system email templates in the WordFrame platform.
