Corporate Compliance Section

The Corporate Compliance Section in the WordFrame platform allows the administrators and managers to use a set of tools to determine the usage of specific words and phrases in the platform, as well as to restrict the usage of specific foul or inappropriate language.
This Module displays a list of the following sections:
- Forbidden Words – This section presents a list of all words and phrase that are forbidden to use in the current community. All posts and comments containing one of these words will not be published in the WordFrame group.
To forbid a word that is not in this section, please use the “Add forbidden word” link, located in the top left corner of the section. The administrators can also manage the listed words by using the corresponding Update and Delete buttons.
- Warning words – All warning words watched by the administrator are listed in this section. You can review all warning words used in the current group, visiting the “Dashboard” admin module.
To add a word or phrase in the “Warning words” list, please click on the “Add forbidden word” link, located in the top left corner of the section. The administrators can also manage the listed words by using the corresponding Update and Delete buttons.
- Search section – To search existing posts with words from the upper section, please select a search area, using the dropdown menu and then click “Search for Words” button.
