Please carefully examine the functionality content of this page.

  • Group Name – It is the name represented the current group in the WordFrame Platform. It is not unique and the administrators can change it in anytime.
  • Alias – The alias is an unique name appearing in group’s URL. Once the alias is created, you cannot change or delete it.
  • Group type – This option allows you to categorize your groups in WordFrame platform. Using the “Group type” dropdown menu, please select a type of your group. The Group types are managed from “Group Types” module in “System Administration” page.
  • Private group – By checking on this box, you will make your group private. The private group doesn’t appear in the Sub-Communities list as a default, if the logged user has no access to it. To become a member of such a community you must be first invited.
  • Logo image – In this section you can upload a group logo image, which will appear at the top of the group page. The image must be with maximum file size of 512 Kb, which should be not wider than 1000px and at least 10px high. Additionally you can make it a link to an external web site, by entering its URL address in “Logo external URL link” field.
  • Community Sign up and Login Header Image
  • FavIcon – This is a little icon, displayed next to the URL address in your Browser, which standard size is usually 16x16px. You can change the current favicon for the group URL address or even delete it, using the "delete favicon" button. When it is missing, the group uses the favicon of its parent group.
  • Group description - you can add a description to the group that will appear on the top center module of the group's home page. You can apply text, images, flash, and scripts here.
