Enterprise 2.0

Social software or social media tools allow people to meet, connect and collaborate in online, web based communities. Enterprise 2.0 is the use of these sorts of tools, including blogs, wikis, and other content sharing applications in the corporate or organizational environment, rather than as individual consumers. It is a term for the application of web 2.0 tools and techniques to business or other enterprises.
