Look and Feel Tab

The Look&Feel Tab allows administrators to customize the group appearance as select a theme or set the interface column layout as well as to define the layout position of the system and customs modules. The tab contains the following sections:
- Language Files Section
- Layout Section
- Enable/Disable System Modules Section
- Personalization Section
- Themes Section
- User Blog Themes Section
