Mail Notifications Section
From WordFrameWiki
The “Mail Notification” module allows administrators to easily manage all campaign emails that have to be sent in the current WordFrame group.
The module is tab-separated and consists of the following pages:
- Campaign – This page presents two lists:
- Campaign search section – located on the top of the Campaign menu, it is used by the administrators to do a quick search for all created campaigns by certain criteria – subscriber group or mail state. All search results will be listed in the grid below.
- Manual emails – It displays a list of campaign emails sent in the current group, including information about their subject, sent date, subscriber group and email state. The “Update” and “Delete” buttons, appearing to each pending campaign, help administrators to manage these emails easily. They are able to change the mail group, time and content of pending campaigns as well as to delete or send them immediately.
If an email is not received from all members in the subscribe group, the administrator can resend it using the corresponding “Resend” button. - Trigger – It displays a list of all sent triggered emails.
