Module Visibility
Module visibility is a module that defines the Layout Position of the system and customs modules.
To open this module you can follow the next steps:
Step 1: From the Navigation Menu located on each WordFrame page, click on Admin link. It will open up the Administration page.
Step 2: Click on the Look and Feel tab, that will open the Look and Feel page.
Step 3: Click on the Personalization Module. It will open the Manage Modules page
clear user personalization - to apply the current user-interface personalization for all members to the community, you will need to clear the user-based personalizations by clicking on Delete User Personalization button. Unless cleared, the changes will be applied only to the users that have no personalization for this group.
choose each module visibility or column - you will need first to go through all modules and choose their visibility.
When you click on the Edit Action icon, you will see a drop-down menu. You can choose from that menu the Module Position according to the current group layout and the module setting (please note that there are modules that can be placed only on the left or right side, or ones that can be placed only in the central column)
order the column place in the columns - to set the module order inside a column, first choose the column you will want to customize by clicking on the corresponding tab. Then by clicking on the arrows, you can move the module up or down in the Module Order list.
