Post rating

Logged users can express their opinion about another member's post by rating it - positively or negatively.
To rate a post click the thumbs up for positive and thumbs down for negative rating.
The total is presented as a post rating.
The post rating influence how the post are ordered in the "Weekly Highest Rated" module.
