Reports Section

From the “System Reports” module, the administrator can generate different reports in .csv format, displayed a statistical and activity-based information for the current WordFrame Group.
The module is three tab-separated and contains the following pages:
- General reports:
- Login log sorted by date – the report generates a list of all login logs of the all users in the WordFrame Group, sorted by date
- Login log sorted by user – the report generates a list of all login logs of the all users in the WordFrame group, sorted by user
- Sign-up sorted by date – the report presents a list of all users registered in the WordFrame group in the selected time period
- All users – the report presents a list of all users in the WordFrame group
- All members - the report presents full profile data for all users who have fully completed the login process. It does not include imported users who have not been logged in the WordFrame system yet.
- Active users – It presents a list of all active users in the certain WordFrame group. The active users are those who have logged into the system at least once for the respective month.
- Contributing users - It presents a list of all contributing users in the certain WordFrame group. The contributing users are those who posted an article, comment, wiki or a document at least once per month.
- Non contributing users – It presents a list of all non contributing users in the certain WordFrame group. The Non contributing users are active users that did not post an article, comment, wiki or a document for at least one month.
- Advanced reports:
- User login history - the report presents a login history list for a chosen user in the selected time period.
- User contribution history - the report presents a contribution history for the chosen user
- Audit & Compliance:
- User text creation history - The report displays a list of all posts, comments, Wiki and documents created by the current user or users in the certain period of time.
