The administrators can use that section to view and monitor the articles and comments that are reported as spam or abuse, to view each reported item or check who reported that specific item as a spam or abuse. The reported spam items list is group specific.
The administrators can use that section to setup a list of restricted and forbidden (blacklisted) words and prevent their usage in the system. A list of monitored and controlled words and phrases can be added to a separate list in this module.
The administrators can use that section to view and restore any groups, articles and comments that are deleted deliberately or by mistake. All deleted items will be saved in the system and available for restoration for a period of at least one month. All deleted items can be removed permanently once this “safe” period is over.
The administrators can use that section to monitor all allowed actions and activities in the WordFrame Platform associated with article or comment editing. Any item in revision can be restored to its original state.
The administrators can use that section to monitor all user actions and activities in the WordFrame Platform associated with article or comment posting.
The administrators can use it to manage specific wiki functionality and view and restore deleted wiki documents.
The administrators can use it to manage – view, edit, delete and approve the articles and comments available in the system’s Pending for Approval List.
The administrators can use it to manage the existing RSS to Article Automatic Conversion available for each user. Once each user subscribes to one or more RSS feeds to be published as articles this module allows the administrators to manage each feed, automatically approve it or disable it.
