System e-mails Section

The "System emails" module is visible only in the main group and displays a list of all emails (invitation emails, approval required emails, post email notifications, newsletters) which are sent from the entire system.

The “System emails” module consists of two pages described below:

  • Sent – The page displays a list of all sent system emails. The list includes the following information: receiver and sender’s addresses, email subject, state and sent date as well as the sending failure error message.
    The Group administrator can review and resend the sent system templates, using the corresponding buttons. The search module, located on the top of the page, can be used by the administrators to quickly perform a quick search for sent system emails, by certain criteria.

  • Pending - The page displays a list of the system emails waiting in a queue, prepared for sending.
