Social media is the new aggregative term that in general describes something unique in the modern time societies. Social Media explains and defines the interaction between each unit in a society and the other members of same community as well as with other communities. Social Media also defines the information streams between the community members and the technology that facilitates all those processes. People and groups share their stories, build knowledgebase and obtain different perspectives based on the information and experience exchanged in the community.
