WordFrame Community Platform services include two major delivery methods – Hosted Solution and On Demand Solution.
Both Hosted and On Demand Services would bring to the customers fully operational online software applications
The Hosted Service of WordFrame Community is installed, managed and maintained on ITBrix’s hosting facilities in USA (where we use Rackspace as our primary Hosting solutions partner) and in Europe where we use our own hosting facilities. The general hosted service does have limitations related to bandwidth, data transfer and overall Hard Disc space quota but all those settings are part of each sales and services contract.
The On-Demand Service of WordFrame Community is installed at Customers’ premises and is maintained and supported jointly between the customer and WordFrame teams.
Both Services are governed by the Licensing and Sales Agreements applicable to each contract for the usage of WordFrame Community Platform
